Private · Half Day · Live on Zoom
Your firm’s marketing, rebuilt in half a day.
Most law firm marketing fails twice. The firm never decided what it is — and then it pays someone else to say it generically, at $2,500 a month, in a voice that could be any firm in the county. The Half-Day Marketing & Branding Setup fixes both in one private working session: we review your brand, audit your marketing, and set up an AI marketing system you own — built on the tools you already have, in a voice that is unmistakably yours.
You leave with the system running, not a strategy deck. Any practice area. Any state.
What does your firm walk away with?
The cheapest marketing asset your firm owns is the expertise it already has. Agencies can’t fake your voice, and directories can’t publish your judgment. This session turns both into a system.
A one-page brand profile
Who you are, who you serve, what sets you apart, how you sound and how you look — settled and written down, so every piece of marketing starts from the same answer.
A written marketing audit
Your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, directories, social channels, content and tracking — what’s working, what’s leaking leads, and what you should stop paying for.
Your AI marketing assistant
Configured live on your own account, with your brand profile, voice rules and format standards loaded as standing instructions — so every draft starts from your firm’s standard, not from zero.
Your first content, plus the plan
A first content package drafted together in the session so you see it work on your firm, and a 90-day plan with the publishing rhythm a small firm can actually keep.
How do the four hours run?
Who is it for?
Solo and small firms paying a retainer for content that sounds like everyone else’s. Firms posting nothing because nobody has time. Firm owners who know the leads are leaking somewhere between Google and the phone and want to see exactly where.
Attorneys, firm owners and the staff who own marketing. Any practice area, any state. No marketing experience needed.
Who leads it?
Leisa Wintz, MS, Esq. Florida Bar No. 64399. Eighteen years of active family law practice, Florida Supreme Court certified family mediator, court-appointed Guardian ad Litem.
She built and runs this exact marketing system inside her own active firm — the brand, the content engine, the AI assistant — on real cases and a real marketing budget. Not built by an agency that has never signed a client.
The ethics piece
Your marketing is still lawyer advertising.
AI makes content cheap. It does not make the rules go away — and the rules are where generic AI marketing gets firms in trouble. The setup builds three protections in from day one:
1. Client confidentiality
A pattern-not-person process for anything drawn from real work, and consent handling for anything recorded — before it touches an AI tool.
2. Your state’s advertising rules
Verifiable claims only, compliant testimonials, required disclosures — written into the assistant’s standing instructions, not left to memory.
3. Attorney review on everything
The system drafts and stages. Nothing publishes without your approval. That review step is the point, not a limitation.
We don’t post for you and we don’t run your ads. We build the engine, hand you the keys, and show your team how to drive it.

Questions firms actually ask
Asked on real calls — answered straight.
We already pay an agency. Do we have to fire them?
No. The audit tells you exactly what you’re getting for the retainer and what you could own instead. Some firms keep the agency for ads and take content in-house. Some cancel after the first month. The point is that you’ll decide from written findings, not from a renewal email.
We have no marketing at all. Is this still for us?
Yes — starting from zero is cleaner than untangling a bad setup. The review builds your brand from scratch, the audit covers the free assets you already have (your Google Business Profile and reviews matter more than any campaign), and you leave with the system and your first content ready to go.
Is AI-generated marketing even allowed under bar rules?
Yes, with the same rules that govern all lawyer advertising: truthful, verifiable claims, proper disclosures and attorney review. That’s why the ethics layer is built into the setup — your state’s advertising rules go into the assistant’s standing instructions, and nothing publishes without your approval. The compliance is the system, not a disclaimer at the end.
Will the content actually sound like us, or like AI?
That’s what the brand profile is for. Generic AI content comes from generic instructions. Your assistant gets your voice, your positioning, your dos and don’ts loaded as standing instructions — and in hour four you watch it draft on your firm and correct it live until it sounds right.
What tools do we need, and what do they cost?
The system runs on tools most firms already have — an AI seat, your website, your design tool — on the order of a couple hundred dollars a month all-in. Part of the audit is the subscription list: what you’re paying for now, what overlaps, and what to cancel. Firms routinely leave spending less than they came in spending.
Who should attend from our firm?
The owner, plus whoever will actually run marketing week to week — a paralegal, an office manager, an associate. The owner sets the brand; the operator learns the system. Both in the room beats a handoff memo.
What happens after the four hours?
You have the brand profile, the audit, the configured assistant, your first content and a 90-day plan — your team can run the weekly rhythm the next morning. Free open office hours run twice a week if you get stuck, and time beyond the four hours is billed at standard session rates.
