Private · Half Day · Live on Zoom

Claude, set up right for your firm.

The Half-Day Claude Firm Setup is a private, four-hour live Zoom session where we configure Claude correctly for your law firm — privacy and data settings, bar-compliance basics, your firm profile, your first working Projects — on your own accounts, while your team watches and learns. Any practice area. Any state.

You leave with Claude configured for real law firm work, not a login and a prayer. Bring everyone who will use it.

Book your half day — $1,500 Per firm. Up to 8 attendees.

What does your firm walk away with?

Using AI is easy. Setting it up is the hard part. Most firms open Claude, type a question, get a generic answer and decide AI is overhyped. The tool was never the problem. The setup was. This session fixes the setup.

The right plan, locked down

We pick the plan that fits your firm and set every privacy and data setting before a single client document goes near it.

Claude that writes like your firm

A written firm profile, styles and memory, built live, so output sounds like your office and not like a chatbot.

Two practice-area Projects

Built around the work your firm produces every week, with instructions and reference files in place. Plus the skills and connectors worth turning on, and the ones to leave off.

A verification protocol and AI policy

How your team checks every output, and a starter firm AI policy grounded in ABA Formal Opinion 512 and your state’s guidance.

How do the four hours run?

Hour 1Your goals from intake, plan selection, seats, and privacy and data settings, done live on your account. Then the ethics floor: confidentiality, supervision and verification.
Hour 2Firm profile, styles and memory, built together. Short break.
Hour 3Two practice-area Projects built live from your real (non-confidential) examples.
Hour 4Skills and connectors, your verification protocol and starter AI policy, then open Q&A on whatever is still in front of you.

Who is it for?

Solo and small firms that know AI is coming and want it in place correctly the first time. Firms already paying for Claude and getting nothing useful out of it. Firm owners who need staff using the same setup instead of five private experiments.

Attorneys and law firm staff only. No experience needed. If you don’t have a Claude account yet, don’t buy one. We pick the plan together in the first thirty minutes.

Who leads it?

Leisa Wintz, MS, Esq. Florida Bar No. 64399. Eighteen years of active family law practice, Florida Supreme Court certified family mediator, court-appointed Guardian ad Litem.

She builds and runs AI systems inside her own active firm, on real cases and real deadlines. Not built by technologists who have never set foot in a courtroom.

The compliance piece

You need this whether you use Claude or not.

Almost every case management system has AI integrated in it at this point. Ethical AI use isn’t a product decision — it’s three things in place at your firm, and this session puts all three in place:

1. Retainer disclosure language

Language disclosing AI-assisted work, provided for you to adapt with your own counsel for your jurisdiction.

2. Staff training

Everyone who touches a file trained on safe, supervised use — together, in the same session, on the same setup.

3. A compliance record

A written AI policy and verification protocol in your business file — evidence of competence and supervision, not just good intentions.

You walk out with all three — whether or not Claude ends up being your firm’s tool.

Questions firms actually ask

These are the questions attorneys ask us on real calls — answered straight.

Is it normal to feel completely overwhelmed by AI setup?

Yes — attorneys ask us exactly that. It’s the reason this session exists: you don’t watch videos and figure it out alone. We do the setup with you, live on your own accounts, and your whole team learns it at the same time. The more you use it, the easier it gets.

Do we need a Claude account before the session?

No — and if you don’t have one, don’t buy one yet. We pick the plan that actually fits your firm together in the first thirty minutes, then lock down every privacy and data setting before a single client document goes near it.

Do we have to replace Clio or our current software?

No. Anything you have that you like and that works stays. The setup is built around your existing stack, and you’ll decide over time what’s still worth paying for. Nothing in this session requires changing case management systems.

What about the Bar and client confidentiality?

Compliance is built into the session, not bolted on: retainer disclosure language you can adapt, staff training on safe supervised use, and a starter AI policy grounded in ABA Formal Opinion 512 and your state’s guidance — a written compliance record for your business file.

Does AI make things up, and how do we deal with that?

Unmanaged AI can guess — which is exactly why the session includes a verification protocol: how your team checks every output before it leaves the firm. A lawyer reviews everything. That rule is part of the setup, not an afterthought.

Who should attend from our firm?

Everyone who will use Claude — attorneys, paralegals, staff, up to 8 attendees from the same firm. The point of doing it together is one shared, correct setup instead of five private experiments. Attorneys and law firm staff only; no experience needed.

What does Claude itself cost?

Your Claude subscription is paid directly to Anthropic, not to us, and plans change — so we don’t print numbers here. We pick the right plan for your firm live in the session, and you can start lower and move up only if you need to.

What happens after the four hours?

You leave with a working, documented setup your team can run the next morning. If you want more, free open office hours run twice a week, and time beyond the four hours or follow-up support is billed at standard session rates.

Not ready for half a day

Bring one question to free open office hours, or book a free call and we’ll figure out where your firm actually is.

This session is technology setup and training for attorneys and law firms. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Each attendee remains responsible for compliance with the professional conduct rules of their own jurisdiction.
