Open Office Hours

Open Office Hours is a free, drop-in Zoom call, twice a week, where you watch real law firm work happen live on real, fully anonymized case files — and bring one real problem from your own practice to work on the call. Thursdays 4:00 – 5:00 PM ET and Fridays 2:00 – 3:00 PM ET. No registration, no agenda, no slides.

It is free, and it stays free. This is not a webinar with a pitch at minute forty — it is working time.

What will you actually see?

Real work on real files, live — a messy case folder cleaned up in one sentence, a mediation summary built in under a minute, a discovery tracker doing in minutes what used to take an afternoon. Every demo runs on fully anonymized dummy case files, and a lawyer reviews everything before anything leaves a firm. Then the floor opens for whatever people brought:

A discovery response that is taking six hours and should take one.

A prompt that keeps producing output they would never file.

The ethics question they cannot get a straight answer to anywhere else.

Staff who will not touch the tool, and no idea how to change that.

“While the mediator was doing his opening, Claude made me a mediation summary… I could tell the story of these people, but I had the details.”

How does it work?

Click the Zoom link at the start time. You do not need to RSVP, introduce yourself, or stay the full hour. Bring one real problem from your practice — a workflow that eats your week, a question nobody will answer straight — and we work it on the call. Come for eight minutes, get your answer, go back to work.

If nothing is broken in your firm this week, come anyway and listen. Half of what attorneys take out of these calls is the question they did not know to ask. Cameras optional. Lurking encouraged.

Open to any attorney or firm staff member. You do not have to be a client, a Mastermind member, or a customer of anything. If you are already in the program, these hours are included and open to every track.

Who is on the other end of the call?

Leisa Wintz, MS, Esq. Florida Bar No. 64399. Eighteen years of active Florida family law practice, Florida Supreme Court certified family mediator, court-appointed Guardian ad Litem, former licensed marriage and family therapist.

Every system I build was tested inside a real, active law firm on real cases, real clients, and real deadlines before it was packaged for anyone else. Not built by technologists who have never set foot in a courtroom.

Questions before you join

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. If you have one real problem from your practice, bring it and we work it live. If you don’t, come and listen — half of what attorneys take from these calls is the question they did not know to ask. No homework, no intake form, no prerequisites.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. It is working time — real questions answered and real workflows demonstrated live, not a webinar that turns into an offer at minute forty. It is free, it stays free, and you can leave whenever you have what you came for. Nobody follows up unless you ask.

Can my paralegal or staff come?

Yes — staff are welcome, with or without the attorney. These sessions are open to any attorney or firm staff member: paralegals, legal assistants, office managers. Often the person who runs the workflow gets more out of the hour than the person who owns the firm.

What about client confidentiality?

Everything demonstrated live runs on fully anonymized dummy case files — never real client data. Ask your own questions in general terms, without names or identifying facts, and they get answered the same way. Confidentiality and ethics questions themselves are always fair game on the call.
