Florida Family Law · Two Tracks Now Open
Stop doing the work a system should be doing.

Build an AI that runs
your family law
practice.

The Mastermind is a six-week live group program for Florida family law attorneys — ten seats across two tracks, five per track. We build and test real AI systems together on working firm cases, so you walk out with agents actually running inside your own firm. Not theory, not a slide deck.

Built and taught by Leisa Wintz, MS, Esq. — 18 years of Florida family law practice, Florida Supreme Court certified family mediator.

Choose Your Track

Two weekly tracks. Same six weeks.

The Mastermind now runs across two tracks so more Florida family law attorneys can find a day that works. Same curriculum, same price, same live-build format — only the day and start date differ.

FRI

Friday Track

Fridays, 12:00–2:00 PM ET · Sept 11 – Oct 16, 2026

MON

Monday Track

Mondays, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM ET · Sept 21 – Oct 26, 2026

Track selection happens inside your registrant portal after you enroll, and it’s first come, first served — each track is capped at 5 attorneys, so seats are limited.

Included With Every Seat

What happens before week one?

Every seat includes a private, two-hour setup session before your track begins — the Firm Ethics & Safety Check. One-on-one, we set up your Claude properly: privacy and data settings, bar-compliance basics, your firm profile, your file structure. It’s the step everyone skips on their own — and the reason most firms’ AI never gets off the ground.

Because setup happens privately before the program starts, group time goes to using the systems — not troubleshooting logins. Live sessions pair with a member portal of step-by-step materials, and members who want to go further afterward can add private coaching. A group program teaches you enough to know exactly what you need next.

What You Walk Out With

Six weeks from now, this is running in your firm.

Most AI training leaves you with notes and good intentions. This leaves you with working systems — the same ones we run inside an active Florida family law firm.

The Engine

Your own AI paralegal

Not a chatbot that guesses. An agent that already knows Florida family law and does the work the way your firm does it.

The Hours Back

The busywork runs itself

Discovery scans, email catch-up, intake, disco collection — the repeatable work handled by systems, not by you at 9pm.

The Confidence

You know how it works

You don’t rent a black box. You build it alongside me, so you can run it, fix it, and grow it after the room closes.

What We Build

The AI agents that run your practice.

Here’s the work. I’ll show you the discovery scans, the email catch-up system, and the intake and discovery-collection workflows we built and tested on live cases — and you build your own versions right alongside me.

01

Client matters on Claude

Set up and manage your matters end to end — the structure that turns a chat window into a working case file.

02

Scheduled agent tasks

Agents that run on their own on a schedule, so the routine work happens without you starting it.

03

Discovery scans

The same scans we run in an active firm — read a production, flag what matters, surface the gaps.

04

Email catch-up

Get through the inbox fast — triage, summarize, and draft, tuned to how a family law practice actually moves.

05

Intake systems

Efficient intake that captures what you need the first time and hands it clean to the rest of your workflow.

06

Discovery collection

A repeatable system for pulling documents in and keeping them organized from day one of the matter.

Proof, With Clocks On It

What does this look like on a real case?

These aren’t projections. They come from the systems running inside an active Florida family law firm — the same ones you build in the Mastermind. Every output below was reviewed by a lawyer before it left the firm.

9 PM

The hearing packet

A support hearing set for 9 AM hadn’t been prepped at 9 PM. One message from a phone: a full hearing packet in ten minutes — procedures checked, a missing notice of appearance caught, guideline numbers run, direct and cross outlines ready.

1 LINE

“This file is a mess. Clean it up.”

One sentence: every document inventoried, filed and renamed to firm standards — and two documents caught that belonged to another client. Nothing deleted, ever; anything questionable waits in a holding folder until a person signs off.

45 SEC

The mediation summary

“While the mediator was doing his opening, Claude made me a mediation summary… I could tell the story of these people, but I had the details.” — a firm owner at live office hours.

3 MIN

Fifteen retainers, one morning

“I was able to update all 15 of my retainers in 3 minutes this morning.” The repeatable firm-admin work — updates, checklists, follow-ups — handled by systems instead of evenings.

Included For Every Attorney

The FL Family Law Knowledge Suite.

This is the piece most people miss. Generic AI doesn’t know Florida family law. It doesn’t know Rule 12.285. It doesn’t know the financial affidavit, the court-approved forms, or the deadlines that actually matter.

The Knowledge Suite is that brain — and everything you build in the mastermind sits on top of it.

On the Knowledge Suite
Knows the practice

It’s the difference between an AI that guesses and a trained paralegal that already knows the practice. You’re not teaching your agents Florida family law from scratch — they start there.

Common Questions

Before you grab a seat.

Is it normal to feel completely overwhelmed by all of this?
Yes — a prospect asked us exactly that on a demo. It’s why every seat starts with a private two-hour setup session before week one, and why the program is built around doing, not watching. You’re not building anything from scratch; you’re learning to run systems that already exist.
Do I need any AI or tech experience to join?
No. The private Firm Ethics & Safety Check gets your account configured correctly before the group ever meets, and the member portal gives you step-by-step materials for everything we do live. If you can file a motion and use a computer, you have the prerequisites.
Do I have to get rid of Clio or my current software?
No. Anything you have that you like and that works, we keep — we build around your existing stack rather than ripping it out. Over time you’ll decide for yourself what’s still worth paying for. Nothing in the program requires switching case management systems.
What does Claude itself cost?
Your Claude subscription is paid to Anthropic, not to us. Plans change, so we don’t print numbers here — we’ll point you to the right plan during your private setup session, and you can start on a lower plan and move up only if you actually need to.
How is this different from an AI course or webinar?
Courses hand you recordings and good luck. This is lawyers showing lawyers the end result on a case: we build and test real systems together, live, on working family law workflows — and you leave with agents running inside your own firm, plus the knowledge to run and grow them.
What about client confidentiality and the Bar?
Bar-compliance basics are set up in your private session before the program starts: privacy and data settings configured before any client document goes near the system, plus verification habits and Florida-specific ethics coverage. Full Ethics CLE included. A lawyer reviews everything before it leaves the firm — that rule never changes.
What if I need more help after the six weeks?
Members who want to go further add private coaching — a prepaid retainer you draw down for training, integrations and custom builds. A group program teaches you enough to know exactly what you need next, and many members run everything themselves from there.
Which track should I pick?
Both tracks run the same curriculum, the same price and the same live-build format — only the day and start date differ. Track selection happens inside your registrant portal after you enroll, first come, first served, and each track is capped at 5 attorneys.
